My Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking the time to find this website and  then even more  time to read it.  You might  be telling  yourself that you should take more time to ask people what you can do to help them. Many  times God tells us in the bible that it is our  job   to help others help our brothers and our neighbors.

 Below are a lot of quotes from the Bible about helping others. One of my  favorite quotes is in Proverbs 12:1 "Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid " .  What he is really saying here is that It's a good idea to ask others what they think of what you're doing or about to do.
Seldom will people will actually ask "How can I help you?"  Most often when   I do ask that of a lot of other people  how I can help them they respond with  " I'm doing fine,  I don't need your help today.  I can do by myself. "

Think of the things in your life that have happened with your children.  At one point in their life they really want to help you. They wanted help you do everything from drive the car to fix the plumbing.  At some point, in turn, that they developed " I am very busy,  I don't have time to help you"  attitude about everything. They develop their own agenda now. Their words turned to "I have to do see my friends, go to our  places,  be on the phone  with my friends, watch my favorite TV show,  answer my e-mail and text messages  etc. so I don't have time to help you."

When was the last time your neighbor walked over and just said, how can I help you.  It seldom happens.  When was the last time to someone from church called you and said, What can I do to help you?  They may call you  when you were in the hospital.   When was the last time you get a phone call from your doctor, who said "How are you feeling? " or I have a little extra time right now so is there anything I can do to help you as your personal doctor?

So what can Brian do to help you? I spend most of my time working websites on the Internet. maybe there is something that I can do to help you can call me at 713-467-3025 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. I'm not looking  for someone to call me to ask for a donation.  But if you need an idea, a mental support, and accountability mentor or just someone to talk to when you're scared and worried and depressed  about your life.  And you can get my email address in the secure image shown below.  I will  find time to briefly talk to anyone who really wants to talk.

I'm suggesting that you make a difference in the world.  Find one person that needs one little bit of help. Ask them what you can do to help them.  They may have a need that you can help provide the answer.  You may have  had no idea what the needs are but  they were in a need for you to help them. The only reason they might tell you it if you go out of your way and just ask them "point-blank "What can I do to help you?"

The next time you see a total stranger in need,  go up to him and ask him: " What can I do to help you?" Most likely in our society, he will be most shocked and  clam up and will tell you to get on down the road.  But you might become shocked once in a while  when he says YES..  You may  tie in his shoe lace. You would have never known that he had a broken back and can't bend over, unless you asked.  Once he said YES consider how that made you feel.  So the next time you are asked more help say yes.  Let someone help you, because it may be what they may  need is to feel better himself.   Then you might also feel rendered, because they did help you. In any event, there are ways that you can help someone else make a difference in the world.  Don't go to your death, living in the closet, not communicating with others that might need you.  God will guide you and bless you.
